Our management team has over 200 years of combined experience in the health insurance industry and has led Connecture on the path of accelerating growth that includes evolving the InsureConnect suite to address the changing needs of health plans of all sizes.

Dan Maynard
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dan has 20 years of health and corporate business development experience. He has led several companies in the health insurance technology space, including CCISoft and iSolutions. He formed Riverwood Solutions where he served as President and CEO until the merge with Connecture in 2004. As President and CEO of Connecture, Dan determines the goals and objectives for the business and guides overall strategy. His passion for the company and the InsureConnect suite of products is longstanding, and he has assembled a management team that shares his passion for excellence.

Mike Lambert
Chief Financial Officer
Mike is in charge of the company’s finance, human resources, and administrative functions. He and his staff are responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, including financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Mike provides guidance to Connecture’s senior staff by regularly updating them on the company’s financial status, results, and outlook. Additionally, he is responsible for human resources including policy, benefits, recruiting, and retention. He is also involved in benefits selection and oversees facilities management.

Mary Franz
Chief Operating Officer
Mary has spent more than 20 years in professional services for software and technology businesses in the health care and health insurance industries, and at Connecture, oversees implementation, and customer support teams. From business requirements gathering to ongoing maintenance, Mary’s group ensures each client’s InsureConnect solution satisfies their operations, business, technology, and growth objectives.

Bob Barry
Senior Vice President of Product and Market Strategy
At Connecture, Bob is responsible for identifying market needs that InsureConnect solutions can serve. He began working in the insurance technology industry in 1998 and has over 26 years of experience in the health and life insurance industry. He understands the challenges health plans face, particularly in automating their sales processes as well as reaching out to brokers, prospects, and members to complete business online, and has been helping provide solutions for over 10 years.

Curt Schumacher
Senior Vice President of Product Management
Curt has more than 20 years of experience working with insurance information systems. The breadth of his experience on the vendor side and also at an employee benefits insurance carrier gives him a unique perspective, which helps him understand both the technical and business challenges health plans face. Curt is responsible for Connecture’s product research and development and sales engineering, and his team works closely with professional services on new client implementations.

Mike Schenk
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
In his eight years at Connecture, Mike has been responsible for developing the strategy and direction of the InsureConnect suite technology platform, and more recently, managing the delivery of InsureConnect EZ. Mike's career in technology spans 17 years, 10 of which have been in the insurance industry. He has experience working for both corporations and consultants, and has been involved in projects at every stage, from gathering requirements to ongoing product enhancements.

Michael Mosier
Vice President of Market Strategy
Michael's 22 years in the health insurance industry help him understand carriers' challenges in effectively competing online while also trying to achieve operational efficiencies and improve broker and member satisfaction. His vast experience in sales and marketing to the individual segment and his knowledge of ever-changing industry regulations informs the Connecture product development group in creating strategies to expand the company's proven solutions to continue to meet carrier needs and the needs of their distribution channels.

Lorrie Imes
Vice President of Business Development
Lorrie has 20 years of insurance industry experience, including working as an agent, managing new business and renewal underwriting, and working in the claims department. Her familiarity with internal processing and operations helps her lead the business development team with a qualification process that centers on first identifying business needs and challenges that can be improved or solved with InsureConnect solutions.

Jim Kelly
Vice President of Sales
Jim has been with Connecture since 2006, and leads the national account manager team to focus on each customer’s business challenges, then recommend InsureConnect solutions that best fit their business model, workflow, configuration needs and target time to market. His 10 years experience in the financial services industry and 11 years experience selling technology solutions helps him guide customers to apply technology to maximize throughput, creating operations efficiencies that drive a competitive advantage.

David Sockel
Vice President of Business Operations
David has more than 20 years of experience in operations, sales and strategy for Fortune 500 and top-tier consulting firms, including 15 years experience in the health care technology industry. David has held a number of positions at Connecture, including corporate partnership development, contract negotiation, and product pricing. In his current position, he is responsible for contracts and corporate development, including developing and managing external partnerships.

Jerry Furness
Vice President of Implementation Services
Jerry brings over 8 years of both business and technical management experience in the health insurance industry. Jerry has a broad background of strategic implementations of packaged software, and has worked with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the United States on their enterprise software installations. Prior to working for Connecture, Jerry was in management at Workscape, a HR software provider, leading the implementations of self-service applications and employee portals.

Kevin McClain
Vice President of Product and Hosting Services
Kevin brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in IT professional services management. Prior to Connecture, Kevin was a senior manager at Accenture and managed implementations of large-scale enterprise software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Kevin's product services team collects requests and feedback from our clients and works with our product development team to incorporate them into the InsureConnect suite product roadmap. In addition, Kevin oversees the hosting services team, who monitors and maintains Connecture's production solutions for our clients.

Marc Colley
Controller
Marc brings over 10 years experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, risk management and accounting in the health care and software industries. Marc came to Connecture from Ernst & Young where he worked in the health care practice of the firm's assurance and advisory business services group. Marc is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.
